OC Comfort Services, an official Trane Dealer, provides quality equipment and service for all of your residential and commercial needs. We service all makes and models of HVAC equipment including heat pumps and gas or oil boilers & furnaces.  We can also work on light commercial refrigeration such as walk-in & freezer units, keg machines, ice machines, deli cases and more.

We offer annual residential maintenance service agreements (MSA) as well as CERTIFIED carbon monoxide analysis & testing services & devices.  National Comfort Institute (NCI) is a leading national organization dedicated in providing it's members with rigorous specialized HVAC training & certification.  We are also certified by the National Balancing Institute (NBI) in providing Air Balancing services.

Location
We are located in Berlin, MD and have over 15 yrs. of HVAC experience in the local Delmarva area.  We serve most of Worcester and Wicomico counties and coastal Sussex County Delaware.  We are officially licensed in both Maryland and Delaware.

Office Hours
Office staff is available from 8-5 Mon. through Fri. year round.

After-Hours Service
We are also available to provide service after regular business hours & on weekends--24 hrs/7 days per. week.  Keep in mind, however,  that over-time rates do apply for service requested after 5 p.m. and on weekends unless you have a Maintenance Service Agreement with us.  Our MSA clients NEVER pay a service call fee & are charged much lower rates than non-MSA clients.
